Go to the Header Menu → Click the “Membership” → Click “Join Now!” button on the selected membership type → Fill in the Membership Registration Form → Make a payment on PayPal Checkout/Payment Page.

Our department will provide feedback via email as soon as possible. Please save your Member ID, Email, Username and Password for future use.

 

How do I check status and all transactions related to my membership?

Go to the Header Menu → Hover over the Membership for dropdown menu → Click “Members Area” → Log in to your portal → The related information is under the Summary title.

 

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time.

Go to the Header Menu → Hover over the Membership for dropdown menu → Click “Members Area” → Log in to your portal → Click “Unsubscribe” under the Membership title → Fill in the Unsubscribe Form → Click the “Submit” button.

Our department will provide feedback via email as soon as possible.

 

What do I need to do if I forget or lose my Member ID or Registered Email?

Go to the Header Menu → Hover over the Membership for dropdown menu → Click “Members Area” → Log in to your portal → Click “Change Member ID” or ”Change Email” under the Membership title → Fill in the related form → Click the “Submit” button.

Will my money be refunded if I make a cancellation before expiration?

Your money will not be refunded if you make an immediate cancellation.

 

Will I be notified of any updates relating to my membership status?

Yes, we will notify you via email.

Non-Member : Go to the Header Menu → Click the “Products” → Click “Non-Member” button on the selected product → Fill in the related form for non-member → Make a payment on PayPal Checkout/Payment Page.

 

How do I buy a product?

Member : Go to the Header Menu → Hover over the Membership for dropdown menu → Click “Members Area” → Log in to your portal → Click “Order Products” under the Products ‘N Services title → Fill in the Products Order Form for member → Click the ‘Submit’ button.

Non-Member : Go to the Header Menu → Click the “Products” → Click “Non-Member” button on the selected product → Fill in the related form for non-member → Make a payment on PayPal Checkout/Payment Page.

 

Why is the request for “Music Project” different from other products?

The request for “Music Project” is different because it requires communication for further discussion over a longer period of time.

 

What is the price for a “Music Project” product that has been completed?

The minimum price charged for a “Music Project” is $100. Once the product is completed, the total price will be notified to you via email. An advance payment of $50 is mandatory and it will be refunded for certain reasons.

 

How long does it take for a product to be completed?

The average length of time frame for some products are between three (3) to seven (7) days.

 

As a member, will my money be refunded if I do not make any product request?

Your money will not be refunded. As a member, you should make a request according to the type of membership and payment amount that has been made.

 

Can I make a request above the predefined quota?

Yes, you can continue making a request even if it exceeds the quota set. Percentage of discounts will be given according to your membership type.

 

Will the remaining quota of product request be carried to the next month?

The remaining quota of product request will not be carried over to the next month. The number of these requests should be made within the given period and will not be forwarded to the next month.
